Visual tests:
Garments are checked for creases or wrinkles due to faults in the dyeing department (wrinkles or pulled threads).
Qualitative tests:
Using a spectrophotometer, the accuracy of the colour imitation is measured against the sample provided by the customer. Comprehensive fastness tests are also carried out (acid and alkaline perspiration, dry and wet rubbing and washing at 40°), which allow us to maintain quality consistency in the dye-house production process. The fastness tests are carried out on a sample basis as the time required by these processes do not allow us to carry them out on all baths.
